All Idle Speed Watersports reservations require a non-refundable prepaid deposit at the time of booking. Reservations can be cancelled without penalty no later than 24 hours prior to the booked time. Cancellations with less than 24 hours’ notice, no shows, and failure to comply with the mandatory requirements for rentals will forfeit the prepaid deposit and will not be rescheduled. If inclement weather or unsafe water conditions prevent us from fulfilling your reservation, at your request, BouYah Watersports will use commercially reasonable efforts to move you to a different location or reschedule.
